Once upon a time, there was a family. The father used to work very hard for his family. His wife used to look after the children, home, and family. She was very kind to one and all. She was co-operative towards her children. Children studied properly and had fun during leisure time.
Like every other day, the father got ready to go to his office. But, all of a sudden he fell down on the ground & started crying, “ouch-aaaaa-uuuuu”, and slowly became quite. Meanwhile his wife and children came running to see what happened. They were in tears to see the father lying unconscious on the ground. They immediately contacted a doctor and called an ambulance for help. After sometime the ambulance came and the father was taken to the hospital.
The children were crying, the mother was very upset. When they were asked, “what happened?” by the doctors and staff of the hospital, the mother narrated about the occurrence of the terrible incidence. The father was admitted in the Intensive care unit of the hospital and treatment started. The condition of the father was deteriorating.
After sometime the doctor contacted the family members and said that the father’s condition was not stable and anything could happen to him at any time. The father was seriously ill and not responding to the medicines, perhaps a miracle could save him! The doctors were trying their best, but things appeared impossible. On hearing about the husband’s condition the wife knelt down and started praying to God to save her husband. The children also joined her in prayer. With heavy heart they continued to pray.
It seemed God listened to their prayers! After sometime the doctor came back and said that the father’s heart had started pumping and was showing signs of improvement. After a few days the father got well, he went back to his house. The Father and his family lived in peace and always thanked the Almighty God for giving a new life and happiness to them all.
Lesson – We are God’s children and He loves us more than we can imagine. He performs His duty to keep us away from evil and in good health. Do we perform our duty to keep the Father Almighty happy, or we continue to commit sins? I want you to answer this in your spiritual form.
